Young People and Sexual Health in Europe: Promoting Education, Awareness and Access to Services
Rising teenage pregnancy rates and sexually transmitted infections are a growing public health concern in Europe. Young people are particularly vulnerable, with many adolescents often denied education, information or health services that would otherwise have helped them to make capable, informed choices.
This timely international symposium provides an opportunity for local/regional practitioners and stakeholders across Europe to gain a valuable insight into the EU vision for reducing teenage pregnancy and STI rates and explore new approaches to develop a holistic framework to improve outcomes for all young people in Europe.
